Composite Cord Strap Production Line

This line is used to produce composite strap, there are two outputs for choice: 100kg/hr, 200kg/hr.
The whole line includes yarn creel, pre-heating oven, extruder, cold water tank, haul-off machine, strapping accumulator, winder;

There are two kinds of winder, PLC controlled winder and Mechanical winder;

Electrical parts: We use ABB inverter, Siemens contactor.
