3D Printer ABS PLA Filament Production Line

  • 3D printer filament extrusion line consists of single screw extruder, immersion bath type water tank, haul-off, cutting machine etc, its control system consists of intelligent temperature control table, imported electrical components and converter. Main features of this line: stable extrusion, good plasticizing effect, high degree of control precision, convenient operation etc.

  • §   Output:  11/15/20/40 ± 10%Kg/h, expected producing speed: 0–100 m/min;
    §   Environment:  Indoor, humidity 0.85, no condensation point, temperature≤40℃;
    §   Power supply:  380V 50HZ, 3-phase 4wires; Install power ≤40KW;

    §   Compressed air:  0.6-0.7Mpa.
    §   Operation direction of production line is from right to left direction;
